Early hours of this morning my youngest dog let me know she wanted to go out. So I let her out the front door and as usual she raced to the little gate stopping just before hitting it and looked for anything to chase. She then went onto the lawn, jumped the wall over to the driveway and climbed through the big gate! She knows going out of the garden by herself is forbidden. I shouted as loud as I dared at that time but she wouldn't come back. I could hear her at the neighbours gate so decided I better go and get her, I daren't go back in the house to find some shoes because she could be at the other end of the village by then and I can't walk very far at all so would've had to woke my mum up, she would not have been amused! So out onto a cold wet path and then over wet grass trying to avoid the dark patches which was cow pat and also hoping the neighbours dogs who always wander around the village hadn't left any presents on the grass. I didn't have my knee bandaged so my knee kept subluxing, it's heavily bandaged again today. Poppy was in big trouble, she hid under my bed until I went to sleep and she's been really well behaved all day. I didn't get to bed until 5am and then only got a couple of hours but I did go to bed at 7pm tonight and got an hour. I thought it was better to get some sleep before my ribs get bad again, they always give me more trouble on a night.
